When Life Feels Uncertain - Finding Faith, Strenght and a Way Forward.
Sometimes we become so accustomed to carrying the weight that we forget what it feels like to be free.
We carry old pain, unmet expectations, disappointment, fear, responsibility and stories from the past that quietly shape how we see ourselves, our relationships and our future. Even when we long to move forward, we may not know what to release or how to begin.
RELEASE is an intimate, Christ-centered experience for women who are ready to pause, breathe and make room for something new. In the peaceful setting of Redeemer Ranch, you will be invited to slow down, reconnect with God and gently explore what you have been carrying—so you can begin releasing what no longer belongs to you.
Through guided reflection, meaningful conversation, experiential learning and a healing equine experience, you will have space to name what has been weighing on your heart, receive encouragement and discover a renewed sense of clarity, peace and hope. You may leave feeling lighter, more grounded and better equipped to move into the next season with greater faith, freedom and confidence.
The day will include time with the horses, personal reflection, partner sharing, an intimate women’s circle and a catered lunch. No previous horse experience is needed.
This gathering is limited to 20 women to preserve a personal, welcoming and intimate experience.
You do not have to arrive with everything figured out.
Simply come as you are, and give yourself permission to step away from the noise, listen for God’s direction and release what you were never meant to carry.

Workshop Admission | $97
Includes the full RELEASE workshop experience, guided reflection, women’s circle, time at Redeemer Ranch and catered lunch.
Workshop + Personal Equine Experience | $140
Includes everything above, plus a personal guided experience with Catherine and the horses designed to support deeper reflection, connection and release.
Only a limited number of Equine Experience spaces are available.

Rituals of release – guided exercises and symbolic practices to set burdens down.

A few participants will be selected to directly experience equine healing alongside Catherine and the Redeemer Ranch therapy horses.

Catherine (Cathy) Kaufer is a Transition Expert, Minister, and the host of Embracing Life Again, a transformative TV show on Roku and YouTube that empowers women to navigate life’s hardest transitions.
After losing her husband in 2015, Catherine dedicated her life to helping others heal through faith, community, and her registered therapy animals.
She is certified in Faith-Based Equine Assisted Philosophy™ (FBEAP) and blends equine wisdom, ministry, and practical tools to guide women beyond grief and shame into freedom and hope.
